PRO-LINK,LLC has been selling to the Federal Government for 5 years so we understand your special requirements. We accept your government or state issued credit cards and/or purchase orders. We never add any surcharges, so you get the same everyday low prices advertised within this site. You will also be automatically classified as tax exempt. We also ship to APO's and Military installations daily. Just make sure to give us all your mailing information. Your packages will be sent through the U.S. Mail which will then forward it to your proper mail service.

Shipping

For products in stock, expect a 48 hour turn around. We ship all products via UPS, FED-EX and US Post unless otherwise stated by customer. We do not accept unscheduled walk-ins.

Returns
|
You may return products for exchange only within the applicable warranty time. Returns must be received by Pro-Link within 30 days of invoice date. Before sending product back to us, you must first obtain an RMA number. Make sure returns are accompanied by the RMA number. a 20% restocking fee will be charged for unnecessary returns. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact our credit department no later than 7 days from receipt date. Acceptance of return is based on the discretion of Pro-Link. No returns will be accepted if the product was a non stocking item and had to be specially manufactured.
